About Fuqin steel ball
Welcome to QingDao Fuqin steel ball plant.
We carry out incoming inspection for each size and furnace number of material. After the raw materials have passed the inspection,they are stored according to the first-in,first-out principle.
We separate different material balls to different heat treatment workshop. And we use different coloured circulation cases and process flow cards before and after the heat treatment.
After heat treatment,we need grinding steel balls to remove surface oxidation,decarburisation,distortion and brittle tissue defects produced during the heat treatment process,further improving accuracy and surface quality.
Both lapping and super-lapping are the final processing procedures of steel balls.
We use the AVKIO flaw detector to select steel balls with all types of defects,such as surface defects,shallow surface layer cracks,and internal material defects.We use high-precision roller sorting machines to sort the steel balls for diameter defects.
We carry out final inspection of each batch of steel balls in accordance with standards,such as roundness,hardness,metallic force and other inspections of the steel balls.
